Return Policy
All sales are final. No return is accepted without advanced approval. Your order can be canceled with full refund if it has not left our warehouse. We put your satisfaction at first, in some cases, return will be approved with 25% restocking fee. Freight charge is not refundable under any circumstances. Buyer is responsible to the return shipping cost. Please do not send the item back without written authorization. Made to order items can not be returned.
Damage & Claims
Damage On Arrival must be reported to us via Email or Call within 7 days of delivery, a brief description and photos with original box are needed. If you received a product and don’t like it, it is not a defect. You may ship it back at your cost for the refund of the merchandise less restocking fee, please obtain a return authorization from us.
